Looking for high proficency and super understanding of math/geometry.

I am looking for Brillian Math or Physics students, PhD's or people finishing University with high degrees for work on the research project in the USA for an American company. All qualified people will have a very high proficency and super understanding of math/geometry. Advanced knowledge in physics, chemistry, etc... is of big plus as well. I want younger people who are willing to work hard on this research project.
